Additional project components include design for a new ‘Net-zero’ administrative office, two new ‘Net-zero’ residential units for intern/staff housing, a new flight chamber, gatehouse, and renovation/expansion of existing rehabilitation MEWS. A variety of outdoor spaces for public gathering and educational classes were also developed.

Site planning and program development was significantly impacted by existing conservation easements from the Jackson Hole Land Trust and Teton County Land Development regulations.
