Logistics Health, Inc. (LHI) is a rapidly growing provider of health services programs for government and commercial clients. To meet demand for information technology, call center, and business operations staff space TKWA was hired to design a 60,000sf interior buildout on three floors within a newly constructed office building in downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin.

A key project goal was to design a modern office environment geared toward attracting and retaining a younger, more highly educated demographic workforce. The flexible, open concept office promotes greater social interaction and features a variety of work spaces such as private hoteling spaces, small team rooms, and breakout conference areas. An open stairwell enhances social connections and provides visual interest.

A contemporary color palette of black and white is balanced with strategic use of warm, natural wood details.
