This creative space is housed within a modest, yet highly visible and accessible, storefront within a larger redevelopment of an existing industrial warehouse located on South Fifth Street. We worked with the project owner to create an overall plan for the building site, which was envisioned as a vibrant, mixed-use maker space, restaurant, and office development.

A former enclosed loading dock area was exposed to create an open-air restaurant courtyard while retaining the original metal roof trusses. New storefront window and door openings were created for our studio space.
Additional tenants include a production, distribution, and retail space for an organic juice maker, as well as production and office space for a regional malting company serving the craft brewing industry.
